Group Fitness Classes
Our Emphico community is very welcoming to new customers. We understand, that getting out of your comfort zone and trying something completely new can be difficult, but our community make these uncomfortable feelings disappear. They invite you to the collective and accept you right away. We are building friendships and deep realitonships while getting healthier together. Don't hesitate to come and try our unique fitness formats at Emphico and join our awesome Emphico Family.
Themed Group Fitness Classes
We love to have fun with our workouts and getting together for some special themed classes and events like Halloween POUND Class and Mystical Brunch. This our annual special event is our favorite and this year it was our best yet. We have some much fun wearing costumes, workout and eat some delicious food with our Emphico Family
Emphico Social Events
Our Emphico community also meets outside of the studio. There is not always that much time to get to know each other better before or after classes, so we enjoy some extra time together at our social events. We were able to get together for brunch, dinner, fun family picnic, evening at winery and plan so much more.
Emphico Fundraisers and Community Events
We at Emphico try to help our Community as much as possible. We hosted a fundraiser for Alzheimer's Association and collected cereals during the April for Coraopolis Food Drive. We are proud, that our customers are caring and happy to help. We are also happy to be part of Coraopolis Community Events to get to know more Coraopolis Residents.
Emphico hosts health and selfcare related events, fitness trainings and events
Emphico is all about learning ang growing. We are learning more about healthy lifestyles through health related workshops and events. We have the opportunity to find new ways and options of incorporating more natural products into our lives. Martina loves essential oils and all of the products you can make from them as an DoTerra Wellnes Advocate is teaching us how to work with them.
Are you lost in the different available food supplements, after workout drinks and shakes? We learn together and find the option that works best for our bodies.
We are also all about personal growth, so we host themed workshops such as importance of self care, listening to your body, purpose and goals.

Thank you so much again for your faith in Emphico, its vision and continued support. Emphico is not just a group fitness studio, it is a dream coming true, place full of magic and friendships. It is a place, where we can be ourselves and let go of everything we don't want anymore. Place where nobody is judged and everybody is accepted, supported and empowered.

Patty turned 1 as a POUND® Instructor on November 13th 2023!
One incredible year with amazing Patty, 1 year old POUND® Pro. You are awesome Patty💪. It is amazing how you grew in 1 year. Martina thanks you for the opportunity to be your mentor. All the hard work learning in the beginning and practicing throughout the year is paying off. We are so happy to have you at Emphico and I can’t wait to see your growth and accomplisments in year 2.
We had a celebratory POUND® class on Saturday morning and it was incredible. Thank you all for coming and keeping it a secret.

Emphico is 3 Years old today (January 11th 2024), can you believe it? What a great journey we have behind us and even better in front of us. I won't lie, there were so much bumps in the road in the past 3 years, but also so much joy and happiness during this time working on this dream and building community....Keep reading
When I see studio full of people enjoying themselves, having fun, sweating, making friends, growing, changing their lives, it brings tears into my eyes as it is exactly what I am aiming for. I am so happy, that I could turn my passion into something bigger and work on building community with like minded people. It is an honor for me to influence positive changes in other people's lives as they are changing also my life. Emphico became my second home and members and customer are my second family. It would not be possible without all of you guys and each everyone of you is important piece in the puzzle, so I thank you so much for all your support, passion, help and cheering on me through this journey. Thank you for showing up for classes, workshops, events, being friends and a big support system.
I can't be happier to have such a great team of instructors who has my back. They are passionate fitness professionals who deliver awesome workouts, taking great care of their participants and are a big part of building this Emphico community. I am so proud of them, their great work, enthusiasm and friendship. I believe we have really exciting journey together in front of us.
I love you all so much and you are giving me the feeling that I am in the right place in my life. I believe this is my calling and I will keep going and even jumping through the fire if necessary. We are growing through challenges, so let's face them together and get stronger. With love Martina.
