UPLIFT™ is a full-body workout that combines traditional strength moves with iconic music and sprinkles in some booty-shaking fun to create a unique fitness experience, resulting in increased muscular strength and endurance. UPLIFT™ and SHiNE™ Dance Fitness share two very important promises: inclusivity and consistency. In addition, we promise to bring you choreography set to iconic music, engaging playlists, hype, and measurable results.
