Private Class!

We had the opportunity to have these amazing young ladies from West Point Ballet for POUND Class at Emphico. It was something new and different for them and they became a Rockstars for an hour. We had so much fun with them. It is great to see the excitement from this workout, when they experience it for a first time. It is life changing experience for both sides.
