We are ordering meals from CSMP for our families over month now and we love it. We are so happy that we can introduce you Case Specific Meal Prep and give you the chance make your life a little bit easier. These meals are fresh, locally sourced, made from scratch, tasty and healthy.

Their mission is to provide healthy, cost effective and delicious meals. CSMP works closely with Case Specific Nutrition Dieticians to provide clients with nutrient rich meals that align with caloric performance and weight management goals.
How it all works? You order your meals online. You can choose meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For each meal you can choose the protein you prefer and size of the meal. The website is open for ordering until noon on Thursday and then reopens on Sunday. CSMP prepares fresh meals on Friday and Saturday and you get your delivery during Sunday and Monday.
We are thrilled to be collaborating with Case Specific Meal Prep. These ready to eat meals can be ordered online with the great advantage of being able to take them home with you after Mondays POUND class or on Tuesday if you wish, they will be stored for you in our fridge. This means that there will be no delivery fee charged when delivered to Emphico. Make sure to use code "EMPHICOPICKUP".
