Linda has been dancing since she was a child and has always been active, so finding group fitness was a natural extension for her. In 2008, encouraged by her instructor and mentor Dani, Linda took her first Zumba training and fell in love. Since then her style has evolved to include whatever music hits just right, strength and floor moves, and an overall "love first" mindset. Fitness should never be viewed as a punishment, but instead as a way to love, honor, and respect yourself through movement. And if you can laugh at the silly, sweaty muppet leading the way, all the better! Everyone is welcome to join in the Bouncy goodness, just remember to listen to your body, modify moves and intensity, and most importantly, have fun!

Micaela discovered yoga as a teenager and has incorporated the physical and philosophical practice into her life in many ways. Micaela was trained in traditional yoga in Goa, India in 2019. She earned her 500hr RYT studying pranayama, meditation, asanas, and yoga philosophy. Her classes are gentle, intentional, and grounding while supporting your physical practice.

About Paola:
She was born and raised in Mexico. In 2003, she got married and moved to South Florida were she discovered all the different flavors of Latin Music. She moved with her family to Pittsburgh in 2010 where she took her first Zumba class and immediately fell in love with it. She has been an instructor for over ten years and teaching Zumba is her true passion.

Leigh is a graduate from Duquesne University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has 25 years of experience in variety of settings including pediatrics, early intervention, geriatrics, outpatient, home care, and mental health.
She also holds certifications as a personal trainer (ACE & NASM), senior fitness specialist (NASM), PWR! (PARKINSON WELLNESS RECOVERY) Certification, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, certified dementia practitioner and MMOA (modern management of the older adult). She most recently obtained her Level I Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Peak Pilates.
She is looking forward to combining her experience of an OT and love for health and wellness to promote active aging and help others achieve their optimal level of health and wellbeing.

About Hip Hop Dance Fitness:
Jun’s take on the hiphop cardio fitness regimen is premised on two things — you keep on moving, and you enjoy the whole experience. About Paula:
Paula is a Colombian Zumba instructor who has been dancing since she was a child. Throughout her life, she has been part of different dance groups, including cheerleading, hip-hop, bachata, and salsa. Dance is her true passion, and it has always been an essential part of her life.
She currently leads a Latin dance group called “Wayta Pittsburgh”, where she shares her love for movement, music, and culture. Paula believes that through dance we can express ourselves freely, release stress, and let go of the daily worries that weigh us down.
Her Zumba classes are high-energy, fun, and welcoming for all levels, offering a great way to exercise while truly enjoying the moment.

About Cardio Dance:
Cardio Dance is high energy class focuses on body awareness, coordination, grooves, and patterning. Choreography is designed to be in sync with the trending music of pop, R&B, Street styles, Pop and sometimes fusion of latin rhytms. Dancers are invited to put in the choreography their own flavor of movement and have fun dancing while toning whole body and engaging cardiovascular system.
