The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways for an effective full-body workout. Blending 20 minutes of high-intensity training with 10 minutes of rhythmic breathing, mindfulness and meditation, POUND Unplugged will make you sweat, release, and boost neurochemicals before quickly settling back into a peaceful, recharged, and empowered state. All within 30 minutes.
SHiNE™ Dance Fitness, class participants dance to routines using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes a blend of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. SHiNE™ is a mood lifting and body positive experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community. No dance experience is required, and everyone is welcome!
UPLIFT™ is a full-body workout that combines traditional strength moves with iconic music and sprinkles in some booty-shaking fun to create a unique fitness experience, resulting in increased muscular strength and endurance. UPLIFT™ and SHiNE™ Dance Fitness share two very important promises: inclusivity and consistency. In addition, we promise to bring you choreography set to iconic music, engaging playlists, hype, and measurable results.
