In Emphico we offer multiple fitness formats. They are created with the goal to effectively move your body whilst having fun and bulding confidence. You can choose from dance based fitness formats such as ZUMBA®, Cardio Dance, fun full body workouts inspired by drumming such as POUND®, combination of body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music such as STRONG Nation™ and fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music Kettlebell AMPD. High energy Hip Hop Dance Fitness class will let your body express your emotions. Yoga class to gently stretch your whole body. Power Circuit class as an excellent workout that combines both muscle strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning in the station format.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, which are lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

ZUMBA® is fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. 

ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefits the cardiovascular system. We are dancing our hearts out, shaking our bodies and having so much fun. You can look forward to Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbia, Chacha, Bachata, Hip hop rhythms.

Kettlebell AMPD  is a fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, the workout engages the entire body for 60 minutes of calorie torching fun.

The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways for an effective full-body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this is a safe and effective group fitness workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Hip Hop Dance fitness is high energy class focuses on body awareness, coordination, grooves, and patterning. Choreography is designed to be in sync with the trending music of hip hop, R&B, Street styles, Pop and sometimes fusion of latin rhytms. Dancers are invited to put in the choreography their own flavor of movement and have fun dancing while toning whole body and engaging cardiovascular system. 

Power Circuit class is an excellent workout that combines both muscle strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning. The station format involves moving through a series of exercises in a circuit , completing multiple exercises at a designated station before moving on to the next. This format is great for keeping the heart rate up, promoting muscle endurance, and providing a full-body workout, which is different every week and based on the needs of the participants. All exercises are performed at your own fitness level. For advanced and beginners.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. All fitness levels welcomed, modifications are provided. Stretching and lengthening muscles. With each class you will notice your body becoming more flexible. You can enjoy cool relaxing music. Yoga mats are needed for this class.
