Country Line Dancing!

What a fun these Country Line Dancing Classes at Emphico are. Join us for some fall fun - 90 minutes of class and another 30 minutes of dancing.

Get in workout while having fun with friends. Beginners are welcomed. You are welcome to BYOB. No partner needed.

The New Moon is a powerful invitation into stillness, reflection, and fresh beginnings. Through soothing sound frequencies and gentle Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where your nervous system can soften and your energy can realign.

This is a sacred pause — a moment to return to yourself and be held in community.
