This one-of-a-kind class (for kids ages 6–12) combines Generation POUND®—a fun, rhythm-based workout using lightly weighted Ripstix®—with a calming sound bath woven right into the experience 💛

In the Generation POUND portion, kids will drum, move, and play through music-driven exercises that build coordination, rhythm, focus, and confidence—all while having an absolute blast! The sound bath will be incorporated into specially selected activities and games, so kids stay engaged, moving, and having fun😊 .

Sound baths can support children in regulating their nervous systems, improving focus, and releasing built-up energy in a gentle, supportive way. The soothing vibrations and tones can also encourage relaxation, emotional balance, creativity, and better sleep. ✨

Country Line Dancing!

What a fun these Country Line Dancing Classes at Emphico are. Join us for some fall fun - 90 minutes of class and another 60 minutes of dancing.

Get in workout while having fun with friends. Beginners are welcomed. You are welcome to BYOB. No partner needed.

POUND Unplugged & Sound Healing Experience!

Move, release, reset.

Join us for a unique class experience that combines the energizing power of POUND Unplugged with the deep relaxation of Sound Healing. This class is designed to support your body and mind through both movement and stillness — giving you the best of both worlds.

We’ll begin with POUND Unplugged, a 30-minute, music-driven class that promotes mental, physical, and emotional health through a balance of high-intensity exercise and restorative, mindful movement. Using Ripstix®, you’ll power through 20 minutes of rhythmic drumming cardio, followed by 10 minutes of breathing and meditation to help bring your body back into balance.

Then, we’ll transition into Sound Healing, allowing you to fully relax, restore, and calm your nervous system through soothing sounds and vibrations.

This is such a beautiful way to first release energy through movement and then ground yourself in rest and recovery.

Come recharge your body, clear your mind, and leave feeling strong, centered, and renewed.
