Country Line Dancing!

What a fun these Country Line Dancing Classes at Emphico are. Join us for some fall fun - 90 minutes of class and another 60 minutes of dancing.

Get in workout while having fun with friends. Beginners are welcomed. You are welcome to BYOB. No partner needed.

Friendsgiving Potluck Party at Emphico!

We lift together, dance together, POUND together, stretch together… and now, we feast together! 

Join us on Friday, November 21st at 6PM for a cozy night of food, friendship, and gratitude. 

Bring a dish to share and celebrate this beautiful season with your Emphico family — full hearts, full plates, and plenty of laughter guaranteed!

Emphico Christmas Party!

We love our classes and workouts, but we also like to hang out and have some different fun together as Emphico Community. Let's enjoy the magical Christmas time together. We had so much fun last year. 

Join us for Emphico Christmas Party on Saturday December 13th at 10:15am, right after our POUND Class. Christmas decorations and Christmas music is a must, Christmas wear is welcomed. We will enjoy Christmas presents, Christmas food and drinks and all the Christmas festivities. 

If you would like to participate in the Christmas gift exchange, we are going to play the game White Elephant. So, please bring one wrapped gift value $15 with you.
