Introductory meeting with Martina.
Please take a moment and read this friendly reminder about Emphico Policies. Emphico is as much flexible as possible to give our customers the best experience and satisfy their wishes and needs. We don't have any membership/package/class contracts or anything like that, which would lock our customers in without an option to pause or cancel and we are really flexible and understanding with granting our customers' requests and wishes.
There are a few basic rules we would like to point out and ask you to follow them in order for Emphico to be able to serve you the best way possible. Thank you.
1. Booking for all classes/events is required in advance in Vagaro/ClassPass/FitReserve/ASH Fitness/Eventbrite no later than 1 hour before class start time.
Exceptions maybe made in the following cases:
a) For new customer,
who does't have set up Vagaro account yet and would like to get help with that. Contact Martina at least 1 hour before class/event start time, provide your name and e-mail address, so she can prepare your Vagaro account and arrive for class no later than 15 minutes before class start time to finish checkout procedure and sign forms.
b) If you would like to pay cash.
Contact Martina at least 1 hour before class/event start, she will book you in the Vagaro for the class/event and arrive no later than 5 minutes before class/event start time to finish checkout procedure.
2. Cancellation Policy:
A 2-hour cancellation notice is required to be eligible for a refund on the booked group fitness class.
- You can cancel or reschedule your class via your Vagaro account, by calling Martina, or by emailing Martina at least 2 hours before the class start time. If possible, kindly reschedule instead of cancelling, as each financial transaction made through Vagaro incurs a fee for Emphico.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule group fitness class will result in the following:
Customer with no show or late cancel will be charged with payment of the class according the class price for the customer - no refund will be issued (class price in purchased membership or single class.) Customers with purchased memberships with unlimited number of classes will be charged with $5 cancelation fee when failure of cancel or reschedule occur.
Cancelation Policy for special Classes/Events:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the special class/event are non-refundable. Customer with no show or late cancel will be charged with payment of the special class/event - no refund will be issued in any form.
3. Membership Changes/Pauses/Cancellations:
Contact Martina at least 14 days before your automatic renewal date to make any changes to your membership.
4. Arrival Time:
Arrive for your class/event on time or ideally at least 5 minutes early to ensure smooth start of the class/event.
5. Minimum/Maximum Attendees:
At least 2 in person attendees need to be booked in for the class and at least 4 attendees in total need to be booked in for the class (including virtual attendees) by 2pm that day to run the evening class. If no 4 bookings are made by 2pm, evening class is cancelled. Cut off time for morning classes is 8pm the previous day. If you were booked in for the class, you will be notified by Martina via e-mail and text message in case of class cancelation. If you were not booked in and don't see the class in the booking systems - class was cancelled.
No more than 40 attendees are allowed in the single group fitness class.
Minimum/Maximum number of attendees for special classes/events depend on the event and is decided individually.
6. Health Rules:
Please do not attend class/event, if you are not feeling well, have fever. Make sure you use sanitizing wipes to clean borrowed yoga mat and other equipment such as Ripstix, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barre etc. after each use.
